Are you thinking about kindergarten readiness?  Several parents have asked what they can do to get their children ready for kindergarten. We've included the slide from our kindergarten roundup presentation.  However, here are two main things parents can do to support kindergarten readiness:

1) Teach your child to advocate for themselves.  This is an important skill throughout life.  Why not start now?

2) Teach them to take turns and to wait patiently.  Remember, there are 23-27 other students in the classroom.  Patience is important.
