Class of 2019 Parents!
If you have never filled out the FAFSA or need a refresher, please plan on attending this informative presentation.
Financial Aid Officers from Arizona State University will present the ins-and-outs of the FAFSA and answer your questions. This is a free service provided by ASU and is applicable to ALL higher education institutions (in-state and out-of-state). You do not need to be attending ASU to benefit from this presentation.

Are you ready to start your FAFSA (FREE Application for Federal Student Aid)?
Applicants and their families are able to start the FAFSA beginning October 1, 2018, using the same data that was reported on their 2016 tax returns. The use of older data means families can start the process earlier and most won't have to rely on estimates.
Why fill out the FAFSA?
Don't leave money on the table. Here's why it's worth the effort to fill out the FAFSA. The FAFSA helps determine whether students are eligible for federal loans, grants or work-study programs. Many colleges also require it to be on file for their own need-based or merit-based aid packages.
Is the FAFSA free?
Never, never pay for filing your FAFSA. There are sites on the internet that will charge you up to $85.00 and then route you to the FAFSA.ED.GOV site. Remember, it’s free. Always go directly to FAFSA.ED.GOV.0
