Message from the Principal:

Dear Pima Families:

We have been assessing our safety and security procedures with the support of James Dorrer, the chief security officer for SUSD.  We all love our students and we care for them like they were our own. Their safety isn't just a concern of ours, it's something we've planned for. We have added multiple measures that may sometimes seem inconvenient on the surface, but we do take these reasonable precautions because your child's well-being is our first priority. We ask for your help in supporting our security procedures and keeping our campus safe.  All access to Pima is channeled through the office. We are asking that all adults provide identification when signing into the campus for a scheduled meeting, volunteering, school events, and lunching with their child in the café.  At dismissal, students will be dismissed through the front gate, we ask parents to wait there for their child.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Freeman
