SUSD Introduces New Payment Portal for Meals Provided by Schools
This school year, Scottsdale Unified School District has switched to Titan, a new payment platform for managing the transactions of school-provided meals. This new solution will result in more efficient service and an overall better experience for students and parents.
This change requires parents to create a new account within Titan. If students had an account previously in MySchoolBucks, any balance will be transferred automatically into their new Titan account.

How do I register in the new payment system, Titan?
Visit Titan and click "Sign up today!" located above the email address field.
I already have a child registered in the previous payment system, MySchoolBucks, what do I need to do?
Register in the Titan by visiting https://family.titank12.com/TUJAZ9. After they are registered, account balances in the previous system will be transferred.
Why did SUSD change the payment portal?
SUSD updated its point of sale (POS) system to Titan to deliver an improved experience for students, parents, and overall improvements to the speed of service. The Governing Board approved the switch to the new system on March 20, 2018.
As a part of this change, we have discontinued the previous vendor’s services of MySchoolBucks.
Does Titan handle payments outside of school-provided meals?
No. To pay for school/activity/district fees, log into Touchbase. Titan is only used for Nutritional Services within SUSD.
When will my balance be transferred from MySchoolBucks to Titan?
MySchoolBucks balances will be transferred immediately into Titan upon account creation.
How long will it take for newly added funds to be available for spending?
Funds will be available immediately for spending once added to your child’s Titan account.
How much is the processing/convenience fee when adding funds to Titan?
A $2.60 processing fee will apply per transaction up to $500. The processing fee remains the same no matter how much you load into your child’s Titan account.
For example, if you make a $20.00 payment and the processing fee is $2.60, the total debited from your credit card is $22.60. The available funds for your child will be $20.00. The processing fee will be shown prior to processing your transaction.
How do I pre-pay for my child's school meals without a credit/debit card?
Check - You may pre-pay with a check to your school's cafeteria or at our district office located at 701 N Miller Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257. Provide the student ID number in the memo field. Checks should be made out to your school's cafeteria, for example, Mojave Middle School Cafeteria.
Cash - You may pre-pay with cash at your school's cafeteria.
How do I apply for free/reduced meal assistance?
Visit Titan and click the button that says "Apply For Meals Today" to begin your application.
If you are signed into your Titan account, click “Meal Application” located on the left side of the screen. Once on the Meal Application page, they would click on the “+ New Meal Application”, in blue, to the right of the page.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have already registered for Titan, click "Forgot password?" located below the password field.
Where can I view the school lunch menus?
You can continue to view your school's lunch menu through Nutrislice.
