Scottsdale Unified School District is composed of fifteen elementary schools, four K-8 schools, five middle schools and five high schools. The district enrollment is approximately 23,000. Scottsdale is the tenth largest district in Arizona.
The salaries at Scottsdale are very competitive with other Arizona School Districts. Single or family medical insurance plans and single or family dental plans are available. A term life insurance policy is purchased for each employee. Legal, vision, pet, critical illness, spouse and child life insurance plans are available. SUSD offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP is completely confidential and up to 6 sessions per issue, per year are offered for the employee, spouse, and minor children up to age 25.

Our schools are the cores of our community. They are places where families participate in or attend a multitude of activities including academic and athletic competitions, music, art and drama performances, fundraisers, field trips, and family nights. These activities promote a sense of unity, loyalty, and pride in each of our communities.
Many of our schools provide before and after school care. Kids Club is a licensed before and after school program administered by Scottsdale Unified School District’s participating schools. Early bird drop off begins at 6:30a.m. and after school operates from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m.
