May 7, 2018: The SUSD Governing Board voted to use the pool of Interim Superintendent candidates to choose a new Acting Superintendent. Two candidates will be interviewed for the Acting Superintendent position. The Board will continue the search for an Interim Superintendent using the RFQ process.
April 20, 2018: SUSD Interim Superintendent job post and description officially listed.
April 18, 2018: The SUSD Governing Board has directed staff to use the Request for Quote (RFQ) process to hire a consultant to assist with the Interim Superintendent search.
April 12, 2018: The SUSD Governing Board voted to direct staff to begin seeking candidates for consideration by the Board for the position of Interim Superintendent.
