    Meeting called to order by Principal Alexis Freeman 7:30am.

    • Welcome by Mrs. Freeman and introductions by attending members 
    • Reviewed the role of site council and discussed important role of overseeing the General Extracurricular Tax Credit fund.   
    • Method of Decision Making – Discussed the consensus method of allocating funds 
    • Presented Tax Credit Balances - $5352.77
    • Presented request for Composter to be used for after school gardening program.  Composter priced at $350.00
      • Unanimous vote – yes
    • Presented request for stipend for Kim Farr, Student Council Rep, $1246.32
      • Unanimous vote – yes
    • Presented request for stipend for yearbook moderators
      • Unanimous vote yes

    Push for tax credit will occur in the fall. 

    Factors influencing our collection rate may include our not being a “title” school and the make- up of our population.
