Stephanie Arnold
480-484-6507Mr. Pantier is the proud principal of Chaparral High School. Before coming to Chaparral, he was a math teacher in SUSD for 17 years, teaching all levels of math from Algebra through AP Calculus and Dual Enrollment courses. As an assistant principal at Chaparral for 5 years, at various times he supported the sophomore and senior classes, coordinated testing, was the school 504 Plan coordinator, and created the master schedule. After graduating from SUSD’s Saguaro High School, Mr. Pantier obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education - Math from Arizona State University and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona State University.
When he’s not working, Mr. Pantier enjoys raising his two beautiful children alongside his amazing wife, Ashley.

Amy Hardy has been working in education for 15 years. She spent 8 years teaching elementary, middle, and high school before moving into leadership at SUSD. She spent 3 years as an elementary assistant principal and also served as an elementary principal before returning back to SUSD as an assistant principal of student services at Desert Mountain High School. She holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from ASU and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from NAU.
When Amy is not working she is spending time with her husband and two kids who are entering elementary school at Desert Canyon. She enjoys hiking, shopping, and traveling.

Mr. Bagley is excited to be the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Chaparral High School. Prior to coming to Chaparral, he was the Principal at Highland Prep in Surprise. Mr. Bagley is originally from Idaho where he taught Business and Marketing classes for 20 years and coached numerous sports. He had success as the Boys Varsity Basketball coach, winning 2 state championships and Idaho Coach of the Year honors. Mr. Bagley obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Education from Utah State University and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Idaho. When he is not working, he likes to attend concerts and sporting events.
Mr. Bagley is also the proud father of three grown children.

Mr. Loewer is very excited about being part of the Chaparral Administrative Team. He brings 24 years of administrative experience and 11 years of teaching experience to his new role. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Earlham College, and a Master's in Educational Leadership from Wright State University. He has been principal of four high schools- Jefferson Preparatory, Parma Sr High (Interim), Mayfield, and Twinsburg.

Keleigh Little

Prior to joining SUSD, Mrs. Bird began her career in the Paradise Valley Unified School District where she taught various grade levels and content areas for 21 years before beginning her career in administration. Mrs. Bird obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Arizona and also holds Master’s degrees in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University and Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. In her current role, Mrs. Bird oversees the support of the freshman class, as well as student activities and testing. She enjoys supporting the students in all aspects of their high school journey and building relationships with the students, staff, and community.
When she is not at Chaparral, Megan loves spending time with her husband, Jamie, and their three sons. They love to travel, see movies, and have family game nights.
