Hello, Scottsdale Unified Community!
My name is Stephen Cervantez, and I’m thrilled to begin my second year as the Athletic Director for Scottsdale Unified School District!
There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a new school year and the start of another athletic season. I look forward to partnering with our students, families, coaches, and staff to continue building a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where every student-athlete has the opportunity to grow, compete, and succeed—both on and off the field.
HS & MS Fees 2026-2027
High School Fees
- $200 per sport
- Cap per student of $400 per school year
Middle School Fees
- $75 per Tier 1 sport,
- $40 for Tier 2
- $90 for Cross Country, Track and Spiritline.
All Participation Fees can be claimed as refundable Arizona tax credits.

HonorHealth - SUSD is proud to partner with HonorHealth who graciously provides us with our Athletic Trainers. We were fortunate to increase our trainer coverage at our five high schools by 40% with this partnership formed in the summer of 2023.
