High School (9th-12th) - Schoolinks

1. All students should go to Portals 
2. Click on the Clever app.
3. Log in using Active Directory.
4. Once on Clever, scroll down to the SchooLinks App. 

If you are applying to colleges via the Common App, you must link your account to SchooLinks so your counselor and teachers can send your transcripts and letters.

Step 1: Initiate Connection in SchooLinks

1. Log in to SchooLinks.
2. Go to the side navigation bar, click Colleges, and select College Applications.
3. Find the Common App section on your dashboard and click the blue Connect button.
4. Click the green Link Common App Account button in the pop-up window.

Step 2: Authenticate with Common App

1. A new tab will open directing you to the Common App website. Log in (or create an account).
2. Check the box to agree to share your data with SchooLinks, then click Connect and Continue.
3. Once redirected back to SchooLinks, your status will update to Connected.

Step 3: Complete Required Steps in Common App

To finalize the sync, you must complete these three actions inside your Common App account:

• Add a College: Go to College Search and add at least one college to your list.
• Add Your High School: Go to the Education section of your profile and select your current high school.
• Complete FERPA Authorization: Go to My Colleges, select any college, click Recommenders & FERPA, and complete the release authorization.

Step 4: Sync Your Data

1. Return to SchooLinks and refresh the page.
2. Your Common App colleges will now populate in your SchooLinks College Application Manager.

Note: Any colleges you add to Common App in the future will automatically sync to SchooLinks overnight.

To have your official transcripts released and sent to your applied schools, you must follow the specific steps outlined below.
