Archived Meeting Documents 2017

  • There is a public comment period set aside at every regular Board meeting. During this period the Governing Board invites the viewpoints of citizens throughout the District and considers the responsible presentation of these viewpoints vital to the efficient operation of the District.  

    • Meeting Agenda - the table of contents pages. 
    • Minutes - a full account of the Governing Board meetings and are not posted until after approval, which usually takes place at the following Board meeting
    • Spotlights - a report of agenda items presented and action taken at regular Governing Board meetings
    • Presentations - related to agenda items
