Community Education Update

  • Our before and afterschool care program "Kids Club" for the 2021-2022 School Year is open June 1, 2021.  See details HERE

    Community Education office is open for business.  Masks are required to enter the office area located at 7501 E Oak St., Scottsdale, AZ 85257.  If you feel more comfortable, you are able to make an appointment for registration, questions, or payments for Kids Club or Early Learning (Preschool/Pre-K).  For appointments please call 480-484-7900 or email Claudia Hernandez at claudiahernandez@susd.org.

    Early Entrance Kindergarten screenings will be held on June 14th & 15th and July 13th & 14th from 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM at the Community Education office (7501 E. Oak St., Scottsdale, AZ 85257). Click HERE for the application.

    Preschool/Pre-K registration is open! If you are interested in having your 3 or 4 year old attend a licensed Early Childhood program with a certified teacher register today at www.susd.org/preschool

  •  Enrichment Zone

    VIRTUAL classes are now available for your favorite enrichment classes!

    Enrichment Zone engages students before and after the school day on campus in fun activities that create a desire to learn. Classes are offered throughout the year, giving students an opportunity to explore activities that interest them outside of the regular school program. Information on upcoming programs will be provided through Peachjar.

  •     Kids Club

    Kids Club is a licensed before- and after-school program administered by Scottsdale Unified School District’s participating schools. 

    Early Bird drop off begins at 6:30 a.m.  After-school operates from school dismissal time until 6:30 p.m. Students are greeted each day by qualified child care specialists who facilitate activities that may include: arts and crafts, active group games, sports, team-building exercises, science, technology and supervised homework time. Snacks are served every day.  No refunds or pro-rate for unused days.

  •  Early Learning  

    SUSD offers tuition-based programs for Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K). Throughout our preschool and Pre-K programs, certified and licensed teachers provide developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to each child, ultimately preparing them for Kindergarten.
