Traditional Schools

  • Scottsdale Unified School District offers parents the choice to enroll their student in one of its two traditional schools. These schools have been established in response to the community's desire for a back-to-basics approach to learning. At the forefront of traditional school curriculum are the Spalding Language Arts and Saxon Mathematics programs. These two programs are essential building blocks for the foundation of language arts and mathematics through a traditional model. Each class is teacher directed, yet student-focused.
