Community Education Update
Community Education office is open for business. Masks are required to enter the office area located at 8500 E. Jackrabbit Road, Scottadale, AZ 85250. If you feel more comfortable, you are able to make an appointment for registration, questions, or payments for Kids Club or Early Learning (Preschool/Pre-K). Kids Club Beginning with dates in November, our before and afterschool care program "Kids Club" will be available to purchase on a daily basis. Students will need to be registered by 11:59 PM on the Thursday prior to the week to avoid late registration fees. If you wish to register, but have missed the cut-off deadline, please contact the Community Ed office at (480) 484-5062 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to add your student to the program if space permits. There is a $25 late fee per program for this option.
Enrichment Programs Due to concerns with COVID, after school enrichment programs are currently on hold. More information will be forthcoming, so stay tuned.
Enrichment Zone engages students before and after the school day on campus in fun activities that create a desire to learn. Classes are offered throughout the year, giving students an opportunity to explore activities that interest them outside of the regular school program. Kids Club is a licensed before- and after-school program administered by Scottsdale Unified School District’s participating schools.
Early Bird drop off begins at 6:30 a.m. After-school operates from school dismissal time until 6:30 p.m. Students are greeted each day by qualified child care specialists who facilitate activities that may include: arts and crafts, active group games, sports, team-building exercises, science, technology and supervised homework time. Snacks are served every day.
SUSD offers tuition-based programs for Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K). Throughout our preschool and Pre-K programs, certified and licensed teachers provide developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to each child, ultimately preparing them for Kindergarten. Register today online
