“The Role of an SRO” Workshop

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. ( September 30, 2005) -- Scottsdale Unified School District invites parents, teachers and community members to attend The Academy workshop entitled Scottsdale Police School Resource Program at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, October 4, in the auditorium at Saguaro High School, 6250 N. 82nd St., Scottsdale.

The session will focus on an introduction to the Scottsdale Police Department School Resource Officer Program and what the SRO's can do for you and your kids.
The program will be presented by the Scottsdale Police Department.

In addition, teachers who attend the presentation can receive Career Ladder hours or staff development points, as well as recertification credits.
