Scottsdale schools offers Active Parenting Now workshops

Scottsdale Unified School District invites Hispanic parents to attend the Title III: Active Parenting Now workshops. These free educational workshops offer parents the opportunity to learn different methods and strategies to successfully raise responsible and cooperative children.

  • Yavapai Elementary School
    5-7:30 p.m. on, Wednesday, Sept.15; Monday, Sept. 20 and Thursday, Sept. 23, at Yavapai Elementary School in the Community Room # 52, 701 N. Miller Road, Scottsdale.

    To register, please contact Mariela Duarte, Community specialist, at 480-484-3807. Child care will be available for 4-12 year olds at no cost in Room 8.
     
  • Zuni Elementary School
    6-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15; Tuesday, Sept. 21 and Thursday, Sept. 23 at Zuni Elementary School in the Media Center, 9181 E. Redfield Road, Scottsdale.

    To register, please contact Eloina Meade, Community specialist, at 480-484-4614. Child care will be available for 4-12 year olds at no cost.
