NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING/EXECUTIVE SESSION

 GOVERNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Governing Board and to the general public that on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at 6:30 PM, in the Education Center Board Room, 3811 North 44^th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, the Governing Board will hold a Special Meeting and may vote to convene in Executive Session.  If authorized by majority vote of the Governing Board, the Executive Session will be held immediately after the vote.  The Executive Session will not be open to the public.

The Agenda for the meeting is:

I.                   Call to Order/Roll Call

II.                 Vote to convene in Executive Session for:

A.           Discussion or consideration with the attorneys for the District, of employment, assignment, or dismissal of employee, Jerry McDonald, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) and (3).  (The employee has been notified in writing in accordance with this statutory provision.)

B.           Discussion or consideration with the attorneys for the District, of employment, assignment, or dismissal of employee, Donald Biszantz, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) and (3).  (The employee has been notified in writing in accordance with this statutory provision.)

            III.            Reconvene Special Meeting.

            IV.            Possible Board legal action regarding Item II. A. and B., listed above.

V.                Adjourn Special Meeting
