NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING/EXECUTIVE SESSION

GOVERNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Governing Board and to the general public that on Thursday, May 8, 2003, at 3:00 PM, in the Education Center Board Room, 3811 North 44^th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, the Governing Board will hold a Special Meeting and may vote to convene in an Executive Session. If authorized by majority vote of the Governing Board, the Executive Session will be held immediately after the vote. The Executive Session will not be open to the public.

The Agenda for the meeting is:

I. Call to Order/Roll Call

II. Vote to convene in Executive Session for:

A. Discussion and consideration of the employment/promotion/salary of the Superintendent, including her evaluation and contract, and including discussion and consultation for legal advice with Board Attorneys on the same subjects, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1)(3) and (4).

III. Reconvene Special Meeting.

IV. Possible Board legal action regarding Item II. A, listed above.

V. Adjourn Special Meeting.
