Superintendent Dr. John M. Baracy presented a report on options from the Superintendent’s Blue Ribbon Advisory Council. The Governing Board directed Dr. Baracy to bring options to them regarding the use of current facilities and addressing the issues regarding neighborhood schools for all students. After months of review by the Superintendent’s Blue Ribbon Advisory Council and input from the Learning Leadership Team and other school principals, Dr. Baracy presented options for the Board to begin discussions on the feasibility of those options. The presentation is available on the District’s Web site at: http://www.susd.org/district/govboard/meetings.cfm. Public forums will be held in each complex for input from the communities.
