In other action, the Board:

• Tabled the discussion of the Governing Board 360 Evaluation. The item will be brought back at the Board Retreat on August 14th.
   
• Voted to approve the proposed fiscal year 2006-2007 expenditure budget, set public hearing and adoption date for July 6th. Additionally, the budget included the hiring of full-time assistant principals at elementary schools. • Voted to award the construction manager at risk for Chaparral High School to McCarthy.
   
• Voted to approve the internal equity salary adjustments for Classified and Administrative positions. The presentation is available on the district’s Web site at: http://www.susd.org/district/govboard/meetings.htm.
   
• Tabled an RFP for financial management software. The item will be brought back on the August 15th Agenda.
   
• Approved the SUSD Wellness Policy.
   
• Approved an IGA between SUSD and the City of Scottsdale for Student Resource Officers at four SUSD high schools.
   
• Accepted gifts valued at $106,476. The gifts were received from Cocopah’s Student Council, Arcadia Pride, Cherokee APT, Navajo PTO, Girl Scout Troop 374, William McKee, Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust, Scottsdale Pop Warner, Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center, Target, Wal-Mart Foundation and Wells Fargo Foundation.

A Work/Study Governing Board meeting is scheduled at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, June 22, at the Education Center, 3811 N. 44th St., Phoenix. A public Hearing, Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Expenditure Budget is scheduled at 5 p.m., Thursday, July 6, at the Education Center, 3811 N. 44th St., Phoenix.
