September is Library Card Sign-up Month

Library Card Sign-up Month is a time to remind parents and children that a library card is the most important school supply of all. Encourage your children, family and friends to visit their local library where an adventure is waiting for them. Get a library card, browse a wide selection of books, movies and music or visit the Knowasis Teen Learning Center at the Civic Center Library. Bus Vandalism Update — Community Urged to Call Silent Witness with Leads

On August 24th, 79 of our school buses were vandalized at the SUSD Apache Bus Yard. The vandals broke all of the bus windshields and some additional windows and mirrors. Last April, buses at this same site were also vandalized in the same way.

We need your help! If you have any information about the vandalism, please call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (480-948-6377). There is a reward of $2,000 if the tip leads to the arrest of those responsible for the bus vandalism.
