Students
Can now view their daily progress in AR reading at any time simply by accessing Home Connect from any computer with Internet access. Use your school AR username and password to access this information from home.

 

Accelerated Reader

• View goals, results of the last quiz taken, and overall progress

• Find books that have Accelerated Reader quizzes

• View My Bookshelf which shows the books on which quizzes have been taken

 

Email Notifications

Students may specify up to six email addresses of parents, guardians, or relatives to receive updates of student progress via email. The recipient must accept the invitation for the notifications to begin. Emails will be sent automatically by the program and will contain results of any Accelerated Reader quizzes the student completes. If the student uses MathFacts in a Flash, an email will be sent each time a new level is completed.

Parents of 5th & 6th Graders, you may now access your child's grades online. Log in using your child's Galileo Login. That should be their student ID# and their 8 digit birth date for password. For example May 9, 1968 would be 05091968

There has been a change in Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) guidelines regarding the medication that is given out in our school Health Centers.  Previously, the consent to give medication was on the back of your student’s emergency card. It gave our school nurses the option of administering a limited amount of over-the-counter (OTC) medications (like Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tums, etc.). This has changed.

We now need you to complete a Medication Administration Record. Also, you must provide only the specific, age-appropriate medication (as listed on the medication) and it must be in an original, sealed container before any over-the-counter medication will be given to your child.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you or your student, but this new guideline is in the best (and safest) interest of all our students.  Please feel free to call your student’s school nurse or to stop by your school’s Health Center for more information or to provide the proper medication and documentation for your student.
