A Special Meeting/Executive Session of the Governing Board of the Scottsdale Unified School District, #48, Maricopa County, was called to order at 3:40 PM, at the Scottsdale School District Education Center Board Room, 3811 North 44th Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
Board Members in attendance were Sandra Zapien-Ferrero, President; Barbara A. Newby; and Kristy Ryan. Michael Girand, Clerk, arrived at 3:55 PM. Thomas C. Carey was absent. Superintendent Barbara F. Erwin was also present. A quorum was present
At 3:40 PM, the Board convened in Executive Session with Dr. Barbara F. Erwin, Superintendent, for the purpose of the Superintendent’s Interim Evaluation, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1).
